The first place he found that might suit me turned out to be exactly the right one, within my budget and I purchased it for a fair price. I didnt even need to look at aditional properties allthough he did provide me with a number of others within my price range. He has provided all the advice and made the whole process painless and much faster than I expected. Even though he is the selling agent, he provided me with advice on everything I asked for advice on and without bias. His opinions and suggestions were completely without any pressure, and in fact he encouraged me to take a second look at the property to make sure it was what I wanted and didn't have any issues even after I had told him I was happy with it and wanted to buy it. If you want friendly, fast, professional and honest advice from an agent as the buying or selling agent, I would definitely go to Andrew again if I buy or sell a property.
