Please be advised these tradespeople are to be contacted for URGENT REPAIRS ONLY.  Non urgent repairs and urgent repairs should be reported to L.J. Hooker Tuggeranong as soon as practical.  If a tradesperson is called out by the tenant for a non-urgent repair, the tenant will be responsible for the call out fee.

 

Urgent/Emergency Repairs

 

What constitutes an urgent repair?

  • a burst water service
  • a blocked or broken lavatory system
  • a serious roof leak
  • a gas leak
  • a dangerous electrical fault
  • flood damage
  • serious storm, or fire damage
  • a failure of gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
  • a failure or breakdown or any service on the premises essential for hot water, cooking or heating
  • a fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe

 

For all non urgent requests, please

 

  • Complete and drop in a Maintenance Report form to our office during business hours or;
  • Contact our office during business hours - 8.30am to 5.30 Monday – Friday and Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm on 02 6293 4499
  • Email propertymanagement.tuggeranong@ljh.com.au
  • Email request from website
  • Or fax a Maintenance Report form to 02 6293 1541.
